Sent to a Cursor when it is being hidden, either due to the GUI requesting a new cursor for display due to the Widget that is currently under the cursor, or because the Screen has been told to hide or disable the cursor.
A cursor will never receive Draw events after receiving CursorHidden until a new CursorShown is issued.
